BLUE RIVER BASIN (Dodson Ind. District), Kansas City, MO - FY16 $14,400,000 Construction

STATUS

• FY16 $14.4M along with FY15 $2M completes project.

• $3.8M remaining under the current authorization.

• PACR submitted for modification of project costs to $47M.

• Phases 1, 2, 3 and 4A complete.

• Remaining Phase 4 design nearly complete.

BENEFIT OF PROJECT

500-year flood protection of nearly $380,000,000 of property investment and 1,500 employees and major road connections providing safe egress during floods.
