Update - Swope Park Industrial

The SPIA project was authorized in the 2007 Water Resources Development Act and established as the number one priority by the Kansas City Industrial Council (KCIC). The new bridge is a cooperative effort with private funding being provided by the railroad and SPIA businesses to help with the elimination of the dangerous at grade railroad crossing.
