Kansas City's Phase 2 Chief's Report January 27, 2015 by LTG Bostick and USACE Headquarters is now preparing the Chief's Report and Final Feasibility Report package for submittal to the ASA(CW) office. This is great timing as the Corps' Annual Report of projects needing authorizations is due by February 15, 2015.  With the signing of the Chief's Report, the Kansas Citys Levees is now eligible for authorization.  Congress needed the signed Chief's Report to be able to act upon the recommendations.  This will be an important message for our Spring DC trip in March.
