System-wide Improvements - Not just for levees

Turkey Creek has long-been prone to flooding, and not just the lower portion along Southwest Boulevard.  Upper Turkey Creek also floods and is a threat to the community that has been investigated and the solution needs to be designed.  The current request is shown below:

• Severe flash flooding threatens life and property.
